standard HRM module of Dynamics AX. With the add
on, the HRM module is complete and fully
suitable for the sectors Government, Business,
Healthcare and Education in Europe and worldwide.

Dynamics AX HRM of Microsoft Business
Solutions is the most modern solution which
supports your total Human Resources Management.
Dynamics AX HRM is part of the ERP suite
Dynamics AX but is also deliverable as a
stand-alone solution. Dynamics AX HRM is
available worldwide and is also available as an
international solution in 27 languages.
Specific HR functionality for absence (Arbo
services, Government Acts, Illness Forms) and
car fleet is of course standard available. The
payroll administration is managed by Dynamics AX
HRM. All data for the payroll processing are
gathered centrally in Dynamics AX HRM for
in-house payroll and for in-service Payroll.
Roll centers
Based on longtime research on how employees
really use ERP solutions, Microsoft Dynamics AX
offers a simple entrance to roll based reality
and business processes. Now employees and
managers have direct insight in their jobs,
activities, tasks, alerts, approvals and
actions.
Balance Scorecard
Dynamics AX HRM is the ultimate solution for
the up-to-date measurement of the performance of
your organisation and employees via Balance
Scorecards. As managers as HR professionals can
define their own Indicators and manage these
Indicators.
Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service
Dynamics AX HRM has a very wide HR
functionality and allows employees, managers and
the HR staff controlled access to selective HR
information via the web based Front-Office (the
Intra- or Internet) called Enterprise Portal or
via the Back Office. For Microsoft web based
access is the future: Now and later.
Reports
In Dynamics AX HRM you have more than 200
standard reports. You can also create your own
reports and queries and offer these to your
employees via HTML, internet and/or e-mail.
These could be easy, straight forward reports or
very complex calculations. More analyses can be
done by the OLAP cubes of SQL and SQL Services.
Workflow
Dynamics AX HRM supports multiple workflow
processes (e.g. Recruitment, Performances,
Appraisals, Exit). Processes where multiple
professionals are involved including obligated
actions, where per direct the status of a
current flow is visible. You can create your own
workflows and customize it to your own
organisation.
Digital employee file
A Digital Employee File is standard available.
Of course there is a complete seamless
integration with MS Office. All correspondence,
individual or for the complete company, are easy
to create via Dynamics AX HRM. Dynamics AX can
handle any format of the files like PDF, Word,
Excel. All data can easily be transferred via
Dynamics AX HRM to MS Excel. Also vice versa, it
is easy to import data to Dynamics AX HRM. All
historical data of employees are also directly
visible.
Alerts
On every date field within Dynamics AX HRM
you can place alerts (f.i. birthdays, meetings,
expiration of contracts, tasks, etc.) this can
be shown by an e-mail, a report, a task, a SMS.
Flexibility
Unlike most HR-software, Dynamics AX HRM has
a high degree of flexibility for customization.
Although the standard functionality is wide,
Dynamics AX HRM is simple to adjust to the
wishes of the end users, but also to the
