Forum chooses for one integrated HR solution in Dynamics AX.
After the implementation of the Finance and Project module of Dynamics AX 2009, the Forum Foundation has decided to use the HRM module, together with the add on HR Plus of FourVision HR Plus. The payroll processing will stay with RAET. The direction of the payroll system Gemal will take place, as usual, via Dynamics AX HRM. Forum will use the standard interface.
Forum is an independent knowledge institute and centre of expertise for multicultural affairs and by using the HR Plus module, Forum will professionalize their own HR department.
Benefits for Forum is the absence request and approval via the internet (including the own absence entitlements of Forum), managing the sickness procedure and the standard interface with the payroll system of RAET. For Forum those were very important key decision points.

IKNL chooses for the ERP solution Dynamics AX 2012 and HR Plus of FourVision HR Plus
Integraal Kankercentrum Nederland (IKNL) is the knowledge and quality institute for healthcare providers in the oncology area. IKNL contributes to the improvement of care around cancer by collecting data, writing guidelines, guarding the quality and facilitates the cooperation’s with only one goal: create the best care as close to home for every patient.
To succeed this goal, the local organisations will merge to one organisation for the Netherlands.
With the choice for the most modern ERP system currently available, the new IKNL organisation will also implement the HR module of Dynamics AX, together with HR Plus, the add on of FourVision HR Plus. For payroll, IKNL will use the inhouse solution of Unit4 Salaris.
IKNL has already started with the implementation and the HRM module will be fully implemented per 1 April 2012.

Cinop chooses for the combination Dynamics AX HRM and Unit4 Salaris
CINOP is an independent, international research and consultancy agency specialized in lifelong learning, vocational education & training (VET), adult education, career guidance and human resource development. Cinop is an experienced Dynamics AX user. Together with her Partner Pylades Cinop migrated first from version Dynamics AX 3 to Dynamics AX2009. A logical next step is the implementation of the HRM module of Dynamics AX, in combination with HR Plus, the add on of FourVision HR Plus. After a thorough selection procedure the payslips will be processed per January 2012 in-service by Unit4. The previous supplier was ADP. The implementation will start with the payroll processing, sickness and leave. In phase 2, first half of 2012, Competences, Training and Recruitment will be implemented.

G4S grants FourVision HR Plus for interface with local connection of ADP
G4S, the largest security company of the Netherlands with 8,500 employees, has FourVision HR Plus granted the assignment to deliver an interface for Dynamics AX HRM and 'Local Connection' the front portal of ADP for her payroll system Multipay.
The interface will be part of HR Plus, the add on of FourVision HR Plus and will be part of the standard.
The interface will delivered on 1 October 2011.

New release HR Plus available
The latest release of HR Plus is available. An eye catcher are the new wizards for hiring new staff and giving new employees a specific job profile. With this job profile a new employee will get immediately all relevant payroll elements and fiscal data. The person is now ready for payrolling.
New is also the possibility to enter overtime directly via the web portal: Enterprise Portal. Employees can choose if they want salary for their overtime, or time-for-time or a combination of both.
Managers have now immediately a graphical overview of the absence status of the enire department in case an employee requests an absence.
There are totally 120 product adjustments, extensions and improvements. in this new release.

FourVision HR Plus attending the Dynamics Experience 2011
The Dynamics User Group organizes on 12 April the Dynamics Experience 2011. This congress is organized by and for the users of Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM en NAV and is the independent Microsoft Dynamics event of 2011.
The Dynamics of New Ways of Working
The theme of the Dynamics Experience 2011 is “The Dynamics of the New Ways of Working”. The New Ways of Working is an another way of working and collaborate, supported by the latest technology. Employees and Organisations dealing much more flexible with workspace and time and attendance. This is not only more comfortable for everyone but gives also more joy and is more efficient.
During the Dynamics Experience 2011 the relationship between the New Ways of Working and Dynamics AX, CRM and NAV will be shown. There is a lot of attention on the strategic and operational aspects of this subject.

Oasen as first Water Supply Company in the Netherlands live with the Employee Benefit Shop of Dynamics AX
Water Supply Company Oasen, is live on 13 January 2011 as first Dutch Water Supply company with a complete new Employee Benefit Shop, for her employees. Now all employees can make their own choice regarding the benefits in kind.
Oasen has gained the combination HSO and FourVision HR Plus to deliver the Employee Benefit Shop in Dynamics AX HRM.
Per 13 January 2011 the Employee Benefit Shop is operational. This new Dynamics AX module offers employees the opportunity to buy and sell holidays, whenever they want, which personal training they want to follow and form which budget this will be paid. Also the moment of payment of certain allowances can be determined by the employees.
At the same time Oase also went live with a new in-service Payroll solution of Unit4.

G4S chooses for standard HR solution HR Plus of FourVision HR Plus
G4S, a global leading secure solutions company, has chosen for the HR solution of FourVision HR Plus. G4S is one of the largest Dynamics AX users, and has 8,500 employees. In the past G4S used the standard HR module and a lot of customization. After a thorough review G4S choosed again the standard HRM module and the standard add on HR Plus in the latest version of Dynamics: AX2009. The payroll processing for the employees via ADP will be managed via Dynamics AX.
Payroll to ADP is now possible.

On 20 and 21 October 2010 FourVision HR Plus will attending the Microsoft Dynamics Convergence 2010 in The Hague, the Netherlands. Via the theme "Today, Tomorrow, Together” we would like to invite (end)users of Dynamics AX as well as Dynamics AX Partners, to join our booth. We are more than happy to show the latest developments for HR in the module Dynamics AX HRM and HR Plus. We are looking forward to see you at booth E14 in the World Forum theatre in The Hague.

Vroon selects FourVision HR Plus for implementation of the HRM module of Dynamics AX2009
After a very careful selection process, the International Shipping Company Vroon (www.vroon.com) has chosen FourVision HR Plus as their implementation partner for the HRM module of Dynamics AX2009.
Vroon used in the Dynamics AX version 3 already HR Plus, the add on of FourVision HR Plus. After the upgrade to Dynamics AX2009 Vroon want to use the solution deeper and wider into the organisation. Also Enterprise Portal, the web environment of Dynamics AX, will be part of the implementation. After the go live date of 1 January 2011 Vroon is finally able to enter all payroll related data and payroll mutations in Dynamics AX and send this to Unit4 Salaris, the in-house payroll solution of Unit4.

Merba extend the use of Dynamics AX with the HRM module and HR Plus
Market leader bakery Merba choose for further integration of her administration in Dynamics AX. In september the implementation of the HRM module and the add on HR Plus of FourVision HR Plus will be started.
There will be a full integration of the modules: Shop Floor Control, HRM, Enterprise Portal and the payroll solution Unit4 Salaris.
When live, the employees will be capable to request holidays and/or days off via Enterprise Portal and, after approval, the requests will show up automatically in the module Shop Floor Control.

WinVision chooses Dynamics AX HRM and HR Plus from FourVision HR Plus
Microsoft partner WinVision has chosen FourVision HR Plus to implement Dynamics AX HRM and HR Plus, the add on of FourVision HR Plus to manage her HR administration.
The implementation will be executed by both companies. The implementation is a logical sequence after the implementation of the Finance module.
The implementation will be finalised in October/November 2010.

Meat processor Van der Zee replaces Exact for Micorosoft Dynamics AX HRM and payroll in a new record
Meat processor Van der Zee has processed in January her first payroll run via Microsoft Dynamics AX and Unit4 Payroll. The implementation took place in a new record of 2 months, from the moment of installation in December till the first payroll run for 250 employees in January 2010.
Microsoft Dynamics AX HRM and Unit4 Payroll replaces the solution of Exact. The implementation was very successful thanks to the hard work of the employees of Van der Zee and the Dynamics AX Partner: SG Automatisering.
Van der Zee was established in 1925 and has grown till a highly respected supplier of meat to the institutional markets and the better establishments. Van der Zee processes the best meat for her customers via her own shops in Amsterdam, Antwerpen, Apeldoorn, Doetinchem., Groningen, Heerenveen, Heerlen, Nijmegen., Valkenburg and Zwolle. The headquarters and one of the plants are established in Emmen. Also in Twello there is a plant and a distribution centre.
On the role for 2010 is expanding the use of Dynamics AX HRM, especially absence and illness.

Microsoft Dynamics AX HRM, in combination with HR Plus, belongs to the top HR solutions in the Netherlands
Dynamics AX HRM belongs, in combination with HR Plus, the add on of FourVision HR Plus, to the top four HR-solutions of the Netherlands, according to an extended review of KPMG IT Advisory.
There were 27 HR and Payroll solutions investigated of all large HR suppliers.
To gather the right information more than 700 questions were answered followed by a extended product presentation.
In the KPMG-review Dynamics AX HRM, was one of the few solutions with the most functionality and can be used as a ‘Best of Breed’ solution or in combination with the other modules of Dynamics AX. Well established solutions of Oracle/PeopleSoft, AFAS, ADP, Logica, DBS and Raet stayed far behind Dynamics AX HRM and HR Plus.
According to the review of KPMG IT Advisory (published 11/2009), Dynamics AX HRM is, when it comes to implementation-, maintenance- and license costs, one of the highest ranked solutions looking at price/quality combinations.
According the investigators of KPMG modern Human Capital Management is only possible when this is supported by a well equiped and complete HR solution. Dynamics AX version 2009 has more than 60 roles, including HR-Manager and Recruitment Officer. This makes rolbased working much easier and supports Human Capital Managment as it should be.

Dutch Red Cross chooses for HR Plus of FourVision HR Plus too
The Dutch Red Cross organisation has to replace their current ERP solution Oracle and eSynergy of Exact chosen for the future and therefore for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
For the HRM part the Red Cross will use Dynamics AX HRM and HR Plus, the solution of FourVision HR Plus.
The first phase of the implementation will be finalized in January 2010 and 550 employees will receive a new pay slip via the in-house solution Unit 4 payroll. Dynamics AX HRM has a standard interface with Unit 4 Payroll.
Due in 2010 many other HRM modules will go live.
